Hunting Chaga in the Winter

For the mushroom hunter who just can't wait for spring. Chaga is a perennial mushroom found on birch trees that is said to have medicinal qualities including anti-cancer properties. So snow on the ground or not, chaga, and chaga tea, is always available for the adventurous gatherer.
